Description

Teddington is a traditional British settlement with good security. I am now renting out one of the two bedrooms. The photo was taken by the agency, and the actual room is unfurnished.
-- The configuration of the house is shown in Figure 1. The living room and living room have doors, so the bedrooms are relatively separate and quiet.
-- The living room (P3P4) is very large (25 flat) with a very high ceiling. It's unfurnished, but I've already bought a multi-person sofa and dining table and chairs, and I'll be adding a TV in the near future. New tenants can also use it, as long as they don't occupy it for a long time.
-- I also bought a lot of cooking utensils and appliances in the kitchen, which can be shared, as long as I use them carefully, it doesn't affect me, and I clean up.
-- The sublet bedroom has now purchased a mattress (brand new). For the rest of the furniture, we can discuss who buys it and how to buy it.


Five minutes walk to the train station and one minute to the bus stop.
-- Near Kingston, trains run four times an hour, one station away. Downstairs bus 15 min direct.
-- Near Twickenham, St Mary University, trains run twice an hour and are two stops away. Downstairs bus, 11 min direct.
-- Fast access to central London, trains run six times per hour, 30 minutes to Vauxhall. 36 min to Waterloo, nine shifts per hour.

Flatmate preferences

-- I am looking for a roommate for myself, and I hope that my roommate will be healthy, hygienic, not noisy, emotionally stable, and not smoke at home. Because I'm also one of those roommates.
-- I am a male, who has just graduated with a Ph.D. and is continuing to do research. Hopefully, the new roommate will also be a male, student, or non-night shift (otherwise the schedule will be different).
